The Kialara Book

Max (creator of Kialara) has released a book about Kialara. It is described as “Part retrospective, part catalog, part story.”

Here’s what max said about it:

I made a book. It’s taken a while—longer than I expected. But it’s finally here. Part retrospective, part catalog, part story. A snapshot of my work, my world, and everything that’s come out of it so far—planned or not.

The words are by Yasmim Francesch, who did a beautiful job making sense of it all. It’s art, it’s design, it’s moments frozen on paper—capturing the strange, surprising, and sometimes surreal path I’ve taken.

As a token of appreciation to my collectors, I’m offering the PDF version for free:

Of course, there’s something special about holding a printed book in your hands—the weight, the feel, the experience. If you’d like a physical copy, it’s available for $35 on Lulu.com, a print-on-demand outfit that produces each book as it’s ordered.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’ve been here from the start or just found your way here, you’ve played a part in making this work what it is.

Wishing everyone a happy holiday season—there’s more I’m excited to share next week. Stay tuned.

Happy Holidays,
Max
